Shipping Policy
At Nufound Skin + Body, we are committed to delivering products that arrive in the highest quality condition possible.
Summer Shipping Schedule
Because many of our products contain natural butters and oils that are sensitive to heat, we follow a seasonal shipping schedule during the warmer months.
From approximately May through September, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday only.
This schedule helps prevent packages from sitting in carrier warehouses, delivery trucks, or transit facilities over the weekend where prolonged exposure to high temperatures may cause products to soften, melt, or change in texture.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
- Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, or before our Wednesday processing cutoff will typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to protect your order during transit, exposure to heat may occasionally cause natural body butters and balms to soften or melt. This does not affect the safety, effectiveness, or quality of the product.
If your product arrives softened:
- Place it upright at room temperature or in the refrigerator until it re-solidifies.
- Allow it to return to room temperature before use if desired.
Because melting is a natural characteristic of these ingredients during extreme temperatures, minor texture changes are not considered product defects.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses, or other transit-related issues.
